Water is Life Walk
"In unseen form / Energy is growing / In forgotten places / Spirit is being reborn / In the distance / The sacred tree is sprouting / Almost unknown / People are returning to life. / As Black Elk said we would!" – Lee Brown

The Watershed

Red, light blue and orange lines mark oil and natural gas pipelines threatening the watershed (information available to the public from NPMS.gov). “Reaches” are designations for different river sections used for General Electric’s EPA-mandated cleanup of the Housatonic Watershed in 2008.
